What the site collects, which is very little, and who else sees what when you use it.

1. The short version

  • There are no accounts. We don't ask for your name, email address or phone number.
  • The site has no analytics, no advertising trackers and sets no cookies.
  • Your wallet address and your transactions are public on Robinhood Chain. That is how blockchains work, and nobody can delete them.
  • To show your balances and send your transactions, your browser talks to RPC services, which see your IP address and wallet address.
  • Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.

2. What this policy covers

This policy describes what happens to information when you use the Fun Coupons website at funinthehood.com (the “site”). “We” means the people who build and run the site. It does not cover wallets, block explorers, X or any other service you reach from the site. Those have their own policies.

3. Blockchain data

When you connect a wallet, the site reads your wallet address so it can show your balances, positions and pool deposits. We don't store it on our servers.

Everything you do with the contracts, including opening and closing positions, deposits, withdrawals and swaps, is recorded on Robinhood Chain along with your wallet address. Anyone can read that record, and it can't be changed or erased by you or by us. The site itself reads public chain data to build its analytics and leaderboard pages, and the leaderboard shows shortened wallet addresses of traders.

4. RPC services

The site runs in your browser and reads the chain through RPC endpoints: the public Robinhood Chain RPC, and a private RPC provider we may configure to handle the load. Those requests come from your browser, so the provider receives your IP address and the addresses and contracts being queried, including your wallet address once you connect. How long they keep that information is set by their own policies. If you connect a wallet, your wallet software may also use its own RPC provider.

5. Hosting logs

The site is hosted on Railway. Like most web hosts, Railway records requests to the site, which can include your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use these logs only to keep the site running and to investigate faults and abuse. We don't combine them with wallet addresses or use them to profile anyone.

6. Storage in your browser

The site sets no cookies. It does keep a few things in your browser's local storage, on your device only. None of it is sent to us:

  • which collateral asset you last selected;
  • recent price history, so charts don't start empty;
  • which wallet you connected with, so it can reconnect next time;
  • for each wallet address, the date of the Terms of Use and Risk Disclosure you confirmed before your first trade or deposit.

Clearing your browser's site data removes all of it.

7. Wallets and fonts

When you connect a browser wallet such as MetaMask, or use Coinbase Wallet or WalletConnect where offered, the connection is handled by that wallet's software and services under their own privacy policies.

The site's fonts are served from our own host. Loading a page does not contact Google or any other font service.

9. Sharing and selling

We don't sell personal information or share it for advertising. We may disclose server logs if the law requires it, or to protect the site and its users from abuse.

10. Your choices

You can use most of the site without connecting a wallet. You can disconnect your wallet and clear your browser's site data at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask what information is held about you or to have it deleted. Because we hold no accounts and no profile of you, the only information of yours we could hold is in hosting logs. We can't delete anything recorded on the blockchain.

11. Children

The site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

12. Changes

If what the site collects changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Read it together with the Terms of Use.

13. Contact

Send privacy questions to @funonrobinhood on X. Don't post your seed phrase, private key or anything else sensitive, and never share them with anyone claiming to be us.
